He has worked and advised in the field of optimization and cost reduction, e.g. for the leading Polish and European printing companies dealing in the production of packaging. A graduate of the Executive MBA at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, he has the Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certificate. He specializes in production and operational controlling. He is a co-author of a patent application in the packaging industry. He has experience in nationwide research projects and international consulting projects.
Ewa Majewska

Longtime sales manager and sales trainer. She has worked and advised on new products and services for leading telecommunications and media companies. A graduate of journalism at WSKPiSM (University of Communication, Political Science and International Relations). She has many certificates confirming her skills in the area of B2C sales, currently she is managing the sales department at ORANGE Polska. Passionate about literature, fitness, good cinema and travelling.

She has collaborated with well-known influencers and created content for the largest clients in Europe. She has many years of experience in the largest marketing agencies in Warsaw, Poland. Certified creative writing trainer, mentor of the University of Success, juror of the PRODUKCIK 2020 youth competition and speaker of the Brand Survival Kit 2020 organized by Dentsu Aegis Network. She has completed many courses, including graphic design, product photography and collage course. Winner of the Marketing Director of the Year 2020/2021 competition in the category Discovery: Young Wolf (under 30).
